Spoleta Construction built the 54,000 square foot Al Sigl Center Winton Campus. The one story building houses several agencies which provides rehabilitative services for clients of various ages with wide range of disabilities.
1991
US Airports
Spoleta Construction built US Airports office and freight facilities in various locations around the country. Project cost totaling $40 million.
1991
Spoleta Construction built a new 15,000 square foot emergency dispatch call center for Monroe County at 321 W. Main Street, Rochester, NY.
1996
The 10 screen, state-of-the art Movie Theater was built for Cinemark/Movies 10 which was located in Henrietta, NY.
1997
City Place is a 270,000 square foot historic building, originally built in 1907. The property was purchased by Spoleta in 1997 and is part of Spoleta's Development portfolio. City Place houses Monroe County's government offices in downtown Rochester. An extensive renovation was needed for the interior and exterior. Spoleta Construction sought ways to retain the building's historic structure while accommodating it for modern office use.

Oakmonte Apartments
Spoleta developed and co-owned the multi-family project, Oakmonte Apartments. This 300,000 square foot project features 32-eight-unit buildings, and the units are approximately 1,200 square feet. The ground amenities include private and gated entrance, tennis courts, and clubhouse featuring a full kitchen, conference room, fitness center and in-ground pool.
1999
Spoleta purchased a building on the corner of W. Main Street and Plymouth Ave in downtown Rochester which was known at the time as the VOA building. December 18th, 1999 the structure was imploded and the vacant parcel was turned into public parking lots which is still owned and operated by Spoleta today.
